This was my first attempt at a tempo run in a while (one where the "tempo" portion lasted over 20 minutes.)  My conditioning is still lacking, and my mental will to finish the 3 mile tempo just about......

  • Cold, wet, but fruitful 16-mile in 2:26:03 (9'00"/mile) this morning #twit2fit I ran in the 45 degree rain this morning, starting about 8:30 in the morning.  I had originally intended to run with a group from work this morning at 8 am downtown, but the thunder, lightning, and downpours canceled that.  However, by 8am at the house, things had cleared up......

I’m a maybe for Throo the Zoo although that’s one of my faves. I’m plan on running the Johnny’s also especially since it’s in my backyard. I’m also running the Hellbender Hustle in Corydon on April 18th.
